1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website ssmahal.com of S.S Mahal, No. 5, New Street, Nallathukudi Road, near Mayuranathar Koil, Mayiladuthurai – 609001, Tamil Nadu (“the mahal”, “we”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, and simply call us instead.
2. Information on this website
We describe the hall, rooms, dining, parking and facilities as accurately as we can, and every photo is of S.S Mahal. Arrangements can change over time, so please confirm anything important with the mahal before you book. The website does not show prices or which dates are free.
3. Enquiries and bookings
- Sending an enquiry, a WhatsApp message or calling us does not book or hold a date. A booking is confirmed only when the mahal confirms it to you directly.
- The booking terms (advance, payments, cancellation, timings, decoration, catering and house rules) are agreed with the mahal when you book. They apply to your function in place of anything on this website.
- This website never takes payments. Pay only the mahal directly, and call the manager on +91 72002 68233 if anyone asks you to pay through a link that claims to be from S.S Mahal.
- Please give your real name and phone number, so we can reach you about your date.
4. Muhurtham and panchangam
The “Good days” calendar shows muhurtham days copied from published Tamil calendars, and tithi, star and timings calculated for Mayiladuthurai. They are a guide only. Please fix your muhurtham with your family priest or astrologer; the mahal is not responsible for decisions made from this calendar.
5. Wedding Studio and invitation links
The Wedding Studio is a free tool to make an invitation card. You are responsible for the names, dates and numbers you put on it. The guest link and QR code on the card carry those details, so anyone you send the card to, or who gets the link from them, can read them.
7. The shared function album
- The album is public: anyone with its link or QR code can see, save and download every photo in it.
- Each photo is kept for only 30 days from the day it was added, and then deleted for good. Please save the photos you want to keep. We cannot bring back deleted photos.
- The mahal is not responsible for how other people use photos they have seen or downloaded from the album.
8. Our photos and content
The photos, videos, text, name and diamond logo on this website belong to S.S Mahal. You are welcome to share pages and photos with family and friends. Please ask us first before using them for any business, advertising or another website.
9. Other services
Buttons and links open WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google reviews, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and our reels play from Instagram. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Our responsibility
We work to keep the website correct and running, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. As far as the law allows, the mahal is not liable for any loss caused by using, or not being able to use, the website or the details on it.
11. Changes, law and contact
